He leads the majority of classes and oversees all programming, creating a supportive, motivating environment for members of all fitness levels.

Taylor grew up playing sports, which led to a lifelong passion for training. With over 10 years of gym experience, she specialises in mobility and functional strength, helping clients build strong, resilient bodies that last.
Known for her no-nonsense coaching style, Taylor pushes clients to unlock their true potential — while genuinely caring about their progress both in and out of the gym.

Hayden Walden is a coach at Fitness Compound specialising in strength training and physique transformation. With a background in competitive basketball, he brings a strong understanding of athletic movement, strength development, and performance-based training.
He works with members of all levels to build strength, confidence, and sustainable training habits that fit real life. Hayden’s coaching focuses on structured programming, proper technique, and long-term consistency, all within a supportive and motivating training environment
